Grocery shopping at 7:00 AM this morning was awesome. I didn’t have to battle any crowds, there were no lines, and I could focus on finding the best deals and using my coupons to save money. I ended up saving a whopping $17 off my bill! Sweet!

My favorite time to go the grocery store was 8:00am on a Friday. No one was there, and I could be out of the store in a half hour. I try to avoid going to the store after work or weekend afternoons. The store is packed and I’m usually tempted to grab something unhealthy because of the stress.

I love early morning store trips! Early morning Friday’s are my fave. Sunday shopping around here are THE WORST, TJ’s will have a line practically out the door. It looks like you got quite the healthful bounty without splurging. Nice work!
I prefer to shop early in the morning after i drop the kids off @ school. But I find that I have a better coupon experience @ nite when the younger kids are working. The more mature checkers have a 10 step scrutiny process they do for EVERY coupon. Takes forever! They act like I’m a criminal taking money from their own pockets. The young bloods do the 10 steps after they tender payment in-between orders. Which is a much smoother & more respectful process.
