		<description>Making hummus is so easy.  I prefer it without tahini anyway, so it&#039;s usually worthwhile to make my own.  I like to add spinach too :)  And of course lots of garlic!</description>

		<description>Dried beans are great cooked in a pressure cooker. Save some of the bean cooking liquid to thin the hummus.  I always add tahini and smoked paprika and crushed red pepper.  Sometimes I make it with kalamata olives and cilantro too. If you still need to thin the hummus, you can add water.</description>

		<description>I love hummus with a LOT of tahini, and I don&#039;t keep it at home so I grind the sesame seeds myself! It has such a wonderful smell. Oh, and I usually have to cook my own chickpeas too, as it&#039;s cheaper than canned. :D
