I love the Moosewood Cookbooks, but don’t have this one in my collection. Two summers ago while I was interning at Cornell, I had the opportunity to eat at the Moosewood restaurant and the food was delicious! If you’re ever near Ithaca, I recommend stopping to grab a bit to eat.

I love that you got to meet her! My favorite cook book that I don’t use often enough is Vij’s Elegant & Inspired Indian Cuisine. His restaurant is simply AMAZING, and he so super friendly and almost always there to greet everyone. A must go in Vancouver!!

My favorite cookbook is probably Eat Drink & Be Vegan. It’s filled with tons of fantastic, easy to make recipes.

I am a big fan of The Flexitarian Diet and the recipes in there. All the ones thus far are wonderful!
