I just tried corned beef and cabbage for the first time when I made it for St. Patties day and I LOVED it. I wish I had one of your frosted butter cookies to go with it though

did you cut up the corned beef or did it fall apart while cooking? Can you post the recipe….looks yummy!

I don’t think I’ve ever had corned beef. But the meal looks yummy! You’ve had a very busy weekend with family. Hope you have just as great of a week!

Corned beef is very high in fat – I only eat it once a year too, but it’s SOOOO good!!! The veggies make up for the meat. Doesn’t get much better than an authentic Irish meal.
