		<description>Just wondering... why do the Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs score so high? I know they&#039;re all whole grain and that&#039;s nutritious, but they don&#039;t have much fiber or any protein. Thanks for this list, though! I love shredded wheat :D</description>

		<description>Great post! I have a soft spot for cereal!  I was glad to see the score on the Kashi 7 whole grain puffs was high.  I tend to mix that cereal with others I am eating and use it for a little crunch in my yogurt.</description>
