Check out the FREE product that I received at my local grocery store the other day: Roasted Garlic Mustard from Stonewall Kitchen! Stonewall Kitchen makes some delicious, high-quality products, so this was quite a score! I also just love garlic-flavored foods!

Deal of the Week
So, how did I get this jar of Roasted Garlic Mustard for free? I signed up for my grocery store’s monthly email newsletter. In addition to letting me know about new products and what’s on sale, the newsletter also offers great deals including coupons for free products. Cool, right? Be sure to see if your grocery store has something similar and sign up. You’ll definitely save some money and probably have the chance to try some new products.

I LOVE garlic and I get that from my dad because he loves it and my mom doesnt haha. I add it to just about everything. Whenever I saute up a veggie like zucchini or asparagus, garlic goes in there. Even in my omelets I throw garlic in! In my mind, there is no such thing as too much garlic
Not on Twitter but wow, I LIVE for garlic! Favorite recipe has to be roasted garlic hummus…homemade of course. So good, so healthy, so garlic-y!

I’m not on twitter, but I love adding garlic to any veggies I’m cooking that are usually used to “bulk up” a dinner. Like last night I made gnocchi with sauteed onions, carrots, broccoli, garlic, and mushroom tomato sauce. Did you know garlic has amazing healing properties too? I guess it needs to be fresh, but I’ve read it can do wonders.
I’m following and I tweeted
thedailycraic @NuVal Does garlic actually make ur breath smell good? http://www.tradingupdowntown.com/2010/03/deal-of-the-week-grocery-store-newsletter/
I love plain roasted Garlic – you get much more pure! Heat your over to 400F. Slice off the top of a head are garlic, so that some cloves are slightly exposed. Next drizzle a bit of olive oil on the garlic, wrap in foil, and stick in it the over for 30-40 minutes. Spread that goodness of some great bread!
I too love garlic, too much of it and stay away, but it’s fabulous. I made a pasta not to long ago that had garlic, tomatoes, cannelli beans, w/red pepper flakes…delish! Garlic in dips are pretty awesome too
I put garlic in almost everything, well, except desserts, although have you ever tried garlic white chocolate ice cream? Surprisingly delicious
Anyways, one of my favorite potent garlic recipes is homemade pesto: blend 2 packed cups of basil with 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup pine nuts, 2-6 cloves of garlic depending on your tolerance, and salt and pepper. Delish. The more garlic the better, although I vary it depending on who’s coming to dinner that night
My favorite garlic recipe is spicy Guacamole!
