My husband loves eating frozen waffles for breakfast. I do, too, but waffles don’t satisfy me the same way as a big bowl of oatmeal. But, I understand why my husband loves eating waffles so much– they’re delicious and incredibly convenient, so, of course, they made a good option for busy mornings.

im a little surprised about the Van’s waffles only scoring in the 20’s! Nuval is such a great tool for teaching me to look “beyond the blogs” for nutrition and suggestion on brands/specific foods.
I love waffles too but they don’t compare to satisfying me like a big bowl of oats does!! Kashi waffles are awesome. I like to top mine with almond butter, greek yogurt, and then raspberry preserves..yum!!!
I think my waffles are Eggo Nutrigrain … not the worst, but not as good as the Kashi ones. I’ll try to go for those next time. (I don’t think I’ve seen the Earth’s Best brand out here.)
My favorite breakfast right now is toasted Kashi Honey Wheat Waffles with extra crunchy peanut butter. So glad to see that Kashi waffles score so high!
