Baked Kale Chips

I never thought that kale could taste so delicious until I discovered kale chips.

Kale chips are a nutritious snack that taste almost like potato chips. And, like potato chips, I can’t stop eating them after just one! But, I guess that’s nothing to complain about when kale scores a 99 on the NuVal scale! ;)

  2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

  1. I love kale chips! I make them all the time at home. It’s fun to play with different seasonings. I’ve made garlic ones, cajun ones and even sugar cinnamon ones! The last were a little different, but not bad! :)

  4. I love Kale Chips but have found 1 tsp of olive oil more than enough or even a good mist with a misto. Garlic salt is also yummy on them, healthy and tasty what’s not to love, even my 3 year old nephew likes them.

Make sure they are really dry I let some leaves stay damp and they steamed and weren’t as crunchy.

  9. I LOVE Kale chips too! I can seriously eat an entire bunch of kale that way. Have you ever tried them with a little parmesan on them before baking….it takes them to a whole new level.
