I love yoga, but joining a studio and taking classes doesn’t always fit with my schedule– or wallet. Thanks to the Internet, I’ve found a numbers of way to practice my Downward Dog for free:
- YogaDownload.com: Offers a ton of free 20-minute yoga sessions that you can download right onto your iPod/mp3 player.
- YogaToday.com: Every week, YogaToday.com streams a free, one-hour class.
Mark your calendar: January 23 is Yoga Day USA! Yoga centers around the country will offer free classes. Check YogaDayUSA.org for availability in your area.
